A little about me...

I still remember late evenings working from home, my laptop glowing in the quiet of my kitchen, wondering why I couldn’t switch off. After two decades in corporate, surrounded by deadlines, long hours, and constant pressure, I felt drained and disconnected from my own health - like I was always “on".

 

I wasn’t alone. I watched colleagues struggle in the same way - skipping meals, losing sleep, running on stress and caffeine, convinced this was just part of the job.

Seeing this over and over made me realise how common it is to sacrifice wellbeing for work, and that change is possible with the right support.

 

That’s why I became a Health Coach. I now help busy professionals manage stress, restore energy, and build practical, realistic habits that fit their lives. Together, we create balance, focus, and clarity - so you can thrive at work, at home, and in life, feeling like yourself again.
